Professor Martin T.Zanni is a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, Meloche-Bascom Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a physical chemist. Prof.Zanni's research group uses two-dimensional infrared spectroscopy to study biophysics and energy science, and has achieved excellent research results.
This Friday, Prof.Zanni gave an excellent speech“Structural Insights from Ultrafast 2D Spectroscopy and Microscopy: Application to Amyloid Proteinsand Singlet Fission Materials”. He introduced their latest findings in the field of singlet fissile materials and voltage-gated proteins using two-dimensional infrared spectroscopy.
Prof.Zanni visited the laboratory of our research group and we discussed our recent research work this Saturday. Prof. Zanni gave us valuable suggestions.
