主要从事环境微生物及抗生素耐药基因研究。以第一作者在国际顶级期刊Nature Communications等发表SCI论文6篇,含3篇ESI高被引论文,1篇ESI热点论文。另以共同一作发表SCI论文2篇,参与发表60余篇;作为主要成员获浙江省生物信息学学会自然科学奖二等奖。
研究方向有:1) 淡水生态系统(以湖泊为主)中微生物群落及抗生素耐药基因的时空变化及其主控因子;2) 抗生素耐药基因人类健康风险评估及管控;3) 基于大数据及机器学习的宏基因组学分析,挖掘多生境中微生物群落构建模式及其生态功能。
