个人经历:
2021 年 7 月-至今 博士后在站
2019.12-2020.06 赴澳大利亚麦考瑞大学访学 访学期间在国际知名的生物学家Michael Gillings 教授的带领下,研究基因水平转移对细菌基因组进化的影响、利用进化方法预测新的抗菌药物和利用 DNA 标记物研究微生物群落结构,重点研究植物根际中整合子基因盒的分布情况。
2016.09-2021.06 浙江工业大学 环境科学与工程 工学博士(硕博连读)
研究方向:利用高通量测序,PCR、组学技术等研究手段,从生理生化、细胞结构,基因表达层面上评估微生态系统对污染物(工程纳米,农药、抗生素、重金属等)或气候变化的响应和耐受阈值,基于研究找到相应的环境评价体系,利于制定环境保护政策。
寄语:在实验室生长发芽的不只是拟南芥,还有我们的坚持和好运。愿植物组,乘风破浪,前程似锦!
