主讲本科生《高分子化学》、《化工软件及应用》等课程。指导大学生创新训练计划及本科毕业论文。

科学研究

研究方向为淀粉/纤维素等天然多糖多尺度结构与理化性质、淀粉结构修饰与消化营养调控、淀粉基膜材/缓控释凝胶靶向载体等天然高分子材料研究。
