Professor Xiangyue Meng joined the University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2020 and was selected as the support of the "100-person program B" talent program of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Research work revolves around photoelectronic materials and devices, covering Fullerene photoelectronic materials and devices and non-lead tin-based calcium titanium solar cells. To date, 45 SCI papers have been published, including 15 SCI papers published by first or correspondent authors in the journals Joule, Adv Mater, Adv Energy Mater, Adv Funct Mater, Nano Energy, J Phys Chem Lett, etc. At present, the main research areas of the research group are photoelectronic materials and devices, focusing on the synthesis of functional photoelectronic materials and device design and construction, multi-functional nature mechanism in-depth exploration and expansion of application research.
Hongbin Xiao

E series Associate Researcher (E series full-time research post), College of Optoelectronics, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Dr. Xiao Hongbin received his doctorate degree from the Department of Engineering of the University of Tokyo, Japan in September 2020. In November of the same year, he entered the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Chongqing University as a Hongshen Postdoctoral young teacher (2020-2023). In December 2023, he entered the School of Optoelectronics of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences as an associate researcher of E Series. Dr. Hongbin Xiao's research focuses on the performance of perovskite optoelectronic devices, including photodetectors, light-emitting diodes, solar cells, and nanolasers. So far, Dr. Hongbin Xiao was the first or corresponding author of the study. Laser & Photonics Reviews, Advanced Optical Materials, Inorganic Chemistry, Science China-Materials, He has published a total of 15 academic papers in Chemical Communications, Applied Physics Letters and other journals, and has chaired the introduction project of post-doctoral international exchange program and the National Natural Science Foundation Youth Fund.
Xiaofang Wei

E series Associate Researcher (E series full-time research post), College of Optoelectronics, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Dr. Xiaofang Wei received her PhD in Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in July 2019. In August of the same year, she entered the Laboratory of Organic Solids of the Institute of Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences for postdoctoral work. In February 2024, she joined Professor Meng Xiangyue's research group of the School of Optoelectronics of the University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences as a researcher of E series. Dr. Wei Xiaofang's research interests are mainly focused on the design and synthesis of organic photoelectric materials, including the design and performance of organic light-emitting diodes, organic field-effect transistors and organic light-emitting field-effect transistors. So far, Dr. Xiaofang Wei as first author/co-first author in Nature communications, Advanced Functional Materials, Chemical Engineering Journal, He has published a total of 8 academic papers in Advanced Optical Materials and other journals, and presided over BMS Senior Fellow projects.
Weitong Wu

E series Associate Researcher (E series full-time research post), College of Optoelectronics, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Dr. Wu Weitong received his PhD in engineering from the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences in July 2021. In August of the same year, he entered the State Key Laboratory of Superlattice, Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences to carry out postdoctoral research work. In July 2023, he joined the EDA Center, Institute of Microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences as an assistant researcher/Special research assistant. Since July 2024, he has been working in Professor Meng Xiangyue's research group of College of Optoelectronics, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences as an associate researcher of E series. Dr. Weitong Wu's research focuses on flexible optoelectronic devices and integrated systems, including perovskite photodetectors and flexible multimode integrated systems based on perovskite materials. So far, Dr. Wu Weitong is the first author of the Advanced Materials, Nano Energy, Journal of Materials Chemistry C, He has published a total of 5 academic papers in Materials Today Chemistry and other journals, and has participated in the subproject of the National Key Research and development Plan and the National Natural Science Foundation project.
