Shaotao BAI Professor, Assistant Dean of ICNT, Director of CCNCE Center for Carbon-Neutrality Catalysis and Engineering
Shaotao Bai, is the principal investigator and assistant dean of the Institute for Carbon-Neutral Technology, Shenzhen Polytechnic, and director of the Center for Carbon-Neutrality Catalysis and Engineering. Shenzhen Overseas High-Caliber Personnel (Level B). He obtained his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in 2013 and 2015, respectively, at Peking University. He obtained PhD degree at University of Amsterdam. From 2019 to 2021, he was a postdoc researcher at KU Leuven. From 2021 to 2022, he was employed as Research Assistant Professor and Associate Researcher at Southern University of Science and Technology. In December 2022, he joined the Institute of Carbon-Neutral Technology, Shenzhen Polytechnic, in charge of the establishment of the Center for Carbon-Neutral Catalysis and Engineering. He specializes in cutting-edge knowledge and technology such as computational chemistry, homogeneous catalysis, heterogeneous catalysis, (in situ) characterization technology, reaction kinetics, etc., and has achieved a series of outstanding achievements in the scientific field of carbonylation reaction, C-H bond borylation reaction, asymmetric hydrogenation reaction, carbon dioxide capture and reduction reaction to prepare aldehydes, borides, chiral amines and methanol among other high-value fine chemicals and fuels. So far, he has published a total of >20 papers in Chem. Soc. Rev., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., ACS Catal., Chem. Sci., Energy Environ. Sci., ChemSusChem., ChemComm., Wiley, Elsevier and other journals, and applied 2 patents, and as well participated in the industrialization of the several research outputs.

张润通,深圳市高层次专业人才后备级人才,龙岗区深龙英才 C 类人才,化学工程专业高级工程师,现任职于深圳职业技术大学碳中和技术研究院,特聘研究员,双碳催化工程中心执行主任。2005 至 2013 年,项目负责人学士、硕士和博士毕业于英国帝国理工学院和巴斯大学化学工程专业(导师分别为:英国皇家工程院院士 Omar K. Matar 教授和 Stan Kolaczkowski 教授)。2014 年至 2016 年期间,在中国工程物理研究院罗胜年教授团队担任助理研究员,负责激波管对多组分可燃气体或液体点火延迟以及化学反应动力学的研究。2016 年进入南方科技大学张绪穆教授课题组开展博士后工作,负责线性氢甲酰化项目,设计跟合成一系列新 型 高 效 异 构 化 羰 基 化 催 化 剂 。主持和参与 完 成 省级、 市级 基 础 研 究 项 目4 项。2018 年至 2023 年,担任深圳市“孔雀计划”团队企业凯特立斯(深圳)科技有限公司和广东欧凯新材料有限公司研发主任和监事,以及南方科技大学化学系助理研究员。项目负责人于 2023 年 5 月加入深圳职业技术大学并独立建组。截止目前,已在Sci. Adv., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., ACS Catal., J. Catal., Fuel, Combust. Flame.等 SCI 期刊上共发表论著20 篇,包括 11篇第一作者(和共同通讯)SCI 文章。共申请国内外发明专利 28 项,授权 9 项,包括 2 项美国专利。主要研究领域为含氧类精细化学品、工业催化、能源化工、有机金属催化、膦配体设计与放大、理论计算以及化工过程模拟等;专长均相催化、(原位)表征技术、反应动力学、过程模拟与优化等前沿知识技术,在羰基化反应合成化工新材料方向,取得了一系列突出成果。发展了一系列的新型双金属钌铑与多齿膦配体催化剂、新型双齿氧杂螺环亚膦酸酯型配体、新型三、四齿膦氢配体和新型四齿亚膦酸酯型配体。
