研究领域

曾从事功能高分子膜分离材料,血红蛋白同气体配位基反应,微观结构和性能等方面的基础性研究工作。目前从事生物降解高分子材料、组织工程和药物缓释方向的研究工作。主要研究内容,通过化学分子结构设计,采用具有自主知识产权的稀土和钙系催化剂,进行脂肪族聚酯和环氧烷烃的开环聚合与共聚合,调节脂肪聚酯的降解行为和降解速率,增强材料与组织的生物相容性。开展脂肪族聚酯的加工和改性,制造出棒、板、膜、管、螺钉、微孔泡沫、微球等部件。已经在骨折内固定、防肌腱粘连、组织工程神经、组织工程骨、组织工程软骨等方面进行了医疗应用基础研究,取得了良好的医疗效果。
