个人简介

博士, 中国海洋大学“英才工程”一层次教授;青岛海洋生物医药研究院研究员、项目科学家。兰州大学博士、法国巴黎第七大学博士。2005-2016年在美国克利夫兰医学中心学习、工作。

研究领域

主要研究炎症反应中巨噬细胞极化的分子机理、调控方式及其与肿瘤发生发展之间的关系、TLRs信号通路与细胞应激反应之间的相互作用关系、炎症及应激反应中细胞因子、趋化因子mRNA稳定性的调控机制等。重点关注TLR3/4信号通路与细胞应激的协同作用、IRAK2、TTP等调控细胞因子稳定性的作用机制等。同时构建靶向巨噬细胞功能调节的关键靶基因的高通量药物筛选平台,筛选与巨噬细胞功能有重要关联的抗炎症、抗肿瘤先导化合物。
