研究内容:主要从事存算融合智能处理器芯片架构与系统、Chiplet集成芯片系统等领域的研究,致力于通过电路、架构、算法的跨层次协同优化实现高能效、高可扩展的智能处理芯片与系统。目前已在相关领域发表多篇学术论文,其中基于存边计算的2.5D集成芯片系统COMB-MCM入选ISSCC 2022会议。已获得3项发明专利授权。
