个人简介

周敬伟博士(Zhao Jing Wei/King W. Chow, Ph.D.)，四川大学公共管理学院行政管理系教授；美国德萨斯州大学学士（1979年；主修政治学、行政学）、硕士（1981年；行政管理专业）、博士（1984年；行政管理、政治行为、及管理专业）。研究专长：（1）国家战略发展与管理，（2）政策分析。学术著作包括：2本专著、5本编著、3本国际期刊专题论文集、36篇英文论文（含5篇SCCI论文）、25篇中文期刊论文、以及众多学术会议论文。获奖情况 *四川大学传帮带教师（2015年）。 *四川大学公共管理学院优秀本科教师（2005-2006年）。科研项目四川大学985平台项目“战略思维形成规律”。人才培养自2004年担任四川大学行政管理专业硕士生导师及MPA学生（自2005年），超过100人毕业；2013年担任博导，在指导4位博士生。
