个人简介

谭河林,男。毕业于中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所,获得理学博士学位。多年来,一直以油菜为模式植物研究重要农艺性状基因以及植物RNA表观修饰基因的功能及其遗传调控。我们已使用生物和化学等基因诱变技术构建了油菜功能基因的突变体库,以正向和反向遗传学手段从中发掘调控油菜生长发育的关键基因,特别是油脂积累以及花色形成调控基因。通过对油菜重要农艺性状功能基因的发掘与遗传调控研究,致力于培育具观赏性、高经济价值的油菜新品种。现已主持和参与包括国家自然科学基金重大项目、科技部重大研究专项等在内的10余项科技项目。已在Molecular Plant、Plant Physiology、Plant Molecular Biology等期刊发表研究论文20余篇,获得授权发明专利6件。 科研成果: (1) 谭河林; 向小娥; 与植物脂肪酸和油脂代谢相关的油菜转录因子BnFUS3及其编码基因与应用, 2015-6-2, 中国, CN201510296964.X.
