教育背景 1996年7月在北京师范大学心理系获得理学学士学位 1999年7月在北京师范大学心理系获得教育学硕士学位 2006年1月在清华大学经济管理学院获得管理学博士学位 工作经验 曾担任博思智联管理顾问公司管理咨询顾问以及中国网络通信有限公司人事服务经理 讲授课程 MBA《人力资源管理》、《人才测评》;本科生《组织行为学》、《人力资源管理》、《大众心理学》和《社会心理学》;研究生《高级人力资源管理》、《社会科学研究方法》;留学生《Human Resource Management》、《Organizational Behavior》

研究领域

专业方向为组织行为学与人力资源管理开发,主要的研究兴趣在于将管理学和心理学相结合的组织行为学研究以及人力资源管理实践有效性研究,目前主要的研究领域包括团队有效性、员工个人特征与工作绩效、领导行为、非人力资源经理的人力资源管理、职业倦怠与压力管理、职业生涯管理、胜任力模型、人才测评等
