个人简介
毛小建，副研究员。2003年毕业于华东理工大学，2008年获上海硅酸盐所博士学位，2009-2010年丹麦Risoe国家实验室博士后，2011年度上海市科学技术奖（二等）获得者，2014年度上海市青年科技启明星获得者，2016年日本NIMS访问学者
研究领域
(1) 氧氮化铝(AlON)透明陶瓷的研制及其透明装甲；
(2) 红外陶瓷窗口：气动热服役条件的红外光电窗口材料和部件；
(3) 各向异性透明陶瓷：强磁场辅助实现非立方体系多晶材料透明化；
(4) 先进陶瓷的注凝成型技术开发
