主要从事生物化学传感器和中草药有效成分提取、分离和测定方面的研究工作。 1. 生物分析。利用表面等离子体子共振(SPR)生物传感器研究了一些生物分子的测定及生物分子间相互作用,研究的生物分子有B因子、补体4、破伤风抗体、bFGF,心肌肌钙蛋白、DNA等,在Anal. Biochem.,Anal. Chim. Acta.,Talanta等杂志上发表了一系列论文。 2. 生物分子与药物分子相互作用的研究。利用SPR技术、荧光光谱法和吸收光谱法等光谱技术,研究了生物分子与药物分子间的相互作用,研究的药物涉及中药有效成分和西药,在Spectrochim. Acta,J. Mol. Struct.等杂志上发表了一系列论文。 3. 中药有效成分提取方法的研究。在研究常规提取方法的基础上,对微波萃取法进行了较详细的研究,并建立了一些新的微波萃取方法,如谐振腔流动微波萃取法、超声波雾化萃取法、微波无溶剂萃取法等。在高等学校化学学报、分析化学等杂志上发表一系列论文。
