Furthermore, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) HIV RNA escape has not been comprehensively studied in African populations. We aimed to examine changes in cognition, neuropsychiatric symptoms, and CSF viral control associated with the widespread switch from efavirenz-based to dolutegravir-based antiretroviral therapy (ART).
