张永泉，博士毕业于吉林大学，现任哈尔滨理工大学电气与电子工程学院副教授、硕士生导师。主要从事锂离子电池、镁离子电池、超级电容器等储能器件体系设计及关键电极材料的开发，工程电介质材料的绝缘和储能技术等研究工作。

Yongquan Zhang received his PhD degree from Jilin University, he is currently an Associate Professor and Master's Tutor at School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Harbin University of Science and Technology. His research interests focus on the design of energy storage device systems such as lithium ion batteries, magnesium ion batteries and supercapacitors, the development of key electrode materials, and the research on insulation and energy storage technologies of engineering dielectric materials.

招生要求：具有从事电气工程及其自动化（高电压与绝缘技术、电工理论与新技术）、材料科学与工程、物理学、化学相关专业学习或工作经历，具备扎实的专业基础知识，思维敏捷，对科研充满热情。

 Admission requirements: Students applying for admission must have studied or worked in electrical engineering and automation (high voltage and insulation technology, electrical theory and new technology), materials science and engineering, physics, or chemistry. And they must have a solid professional foundation, quick thinking, and passion for research.
