1、年龄不超过35岁，具有海外知名大学或国内大学顶尖学科博士学位；
2、具有独立开展研究工作的能力、强烈的事业心和责任心、开阔的学术视野和团队合作精神，学术作风端正、严谨；
3、在研究领域一流SCI期刊以第一作者发表论文2篇以上；
薪酬待遇：
1. 海峡博士后：年薪可达31万人民币，另有10万元科研补助，根据科研成果（科研项目、论文、专利等）有额外奖励。
2. 普通博士后：年薪16-25万，根据科研成果（科研项目、论文、专利等）有额外奖励。
3. 福利：为博士后缴交社会保险和公积金。提供博士后公寓（海景房）或租房补贴。博士后子女按学校教职工子女同等待遇办理入园。博士后在站期间，可申请特任副研究员学术头衔。特别优秀者，可申报厦门大学南强青年拔尖人才计划，给予特任研究员。在站期间根据需要赴美国斯坦福大学、澳大利亚蒙纳什大学和瑞典乌普萨拉大学交流访学。学校积极选聘优秀博士后留校任职，聘任南强青年拔尖人才。

导师简介
张金宝，厦门大学材料学院教授，博士生导师，国家级海外高层次青年人才项目获得者，福建省闽江学者特聘教授，福建省海外引进高层人才，厦门市高层次留学人员。瑞典乌普萨拉大学化学系博士，师从导师Anders Hagfeldt教授，瑞典科学院院士，欧洲科学院院士。曾在澳大利亚蒙纳士大学和美国斯坦福大学做博士后，主要从事新一代薄膜太阳能电池材料和器件研究。曾任美国斯坦福大学Knut and Alice Wallenberg项目研究员, 兼职清华大学节能与安全国家重点实验室的客座研究员, 任PLOS ONE期刊学术编辑、International Journal of Electrochemistry期刊编委、International Journal of Materials Science and Applications期刊编委。长期致力于光电半导体材料和器件研究，在国际知名学术期刊（如Chem，Adv Mater，Advanced Energy Materials, ACS Nano, Nano Energy, ACS Energy Letters等）发表论文近50篇。
课题组主要研究方向：开发新一代太阳能电池材料以及光伏器件物理方面的研究，包含设计新型光电材料、制备高效器件、表征电子动力学的一体化研究。内容涉及导电聚合物，有机空穴传输材料，纳米金属氧化物，钙钛矿材料，固态染料敏化太阳能电池，界面调控，器件稳定性研究等。

Several Postdoctoral position in the topic of functional nanomaterials and hybrid thin films for perovskite photovoltaic cells or light emitting diodes or sensors. The research will be focused on the application of perovskite materials and interface engineering to enhance the performance of the perovskite photovoltaic and optoelectronic devices. Required qualifications:
Research experience in electrochemistry, material science, physical chemistry, or electronics; PhD. degree in relevant area; A creative and self-motivated personality, with high interest in fundamental and applied science; Excellent problem-solving skills; Good English skills.

We offer:
1. HaiXia Postdoc: 310000 RMB salary per year plus additional reward from scientific performance; 100000 RMB research grants; in priority to offer faculty position after postdoc if meeting the requirements.

Research Group:
Photovoltaic materials and devices group in School of Materials at Xiamen University is focusing on developing new materials and engineering methods for solar cells/LED/sensors applications, aiming to enhance the efficiency and stability of devices. Professor Jinbao Zhang as group leader has broad research experience covering material chemistry, interface engineering, physical chemistry, nanoscience. Prof. Zhang is Minjiang Chair professor and Fujian outstanding talents program, and academic editor for journals Plos One, International journal of materials science and application, etc. He has published high quality over 50 articles in journals like Advanced Materials, Chem, Advanced Energy Materials, ACS Nano, ACS Energy Letters, Nano Energy.
