杨钰昆 副教授    

    杨钰昆,男,1989年生,山西祁县人,中共党员,山西大学生命科学学院副教授,硕士生导师ORCID: 0000-0002-0481-2132,中国化学会会员,山西省食品科学技术学会会员。

主要研究方向:

1. 食品中痕量危害因子快速检测方法的开发

针对食品中痕量存在的危害因子,建立简便快捷、灵敏可靠的分析检测方法是加强安全监管、保障食品安全的重要手段。以食品中的化学性危害因子与生物性危害因子为研究对象,利用电化学、电化学发光、荧光、光电、石英晶体微天平等光电质量化学传感器分析技术,系统研究快速检测技术的特异性识别机制,为准确、稳定、便捷、高效快速检测方法的建立与应用提供理论支撑与技术支持。

2. 光电化学传感分析在食品安全领域的应用

与传统的实验室仪器分析方法相比,光电化学传感器(电化学、荧光、电化学发光、光电、石英晶体微天平)具有检测速度快、设备简单易小型化、成本低廉等优势,适用于食品中痕量危害因子的快速检测。构建光电化学传感检测界面,建立痕量风险因子的多目标高通量分离和精准判别体系,解决复杂样品前处理中存在的基质干扰等问题,为风险因子的精准定量技术开发与针对性控制技术开发提供理论依据。

3. 先进功能材料与仪器联用技术

先进功能材料(适配体、分子印迹材料、金属有机框架材料、共价有机框架材料、碳基纳米材料、量子点、磁性纳米材料)具有优异的光学、电学和磁学性能,在目标物识别、分离及信号增敏方面具有良好的应用前景。将新型的先进功能材料引入食品样品前处理过程或传感检测界面的构建,提高仪器分析方法的灵敏度和选择性,对食品样品中痕量危害因子进行准确定量分析。
