Summary
I am Yuling Yuan. I obtained my academic degree from Qingdao University as a light chemical engineering major between 2014 and 2018. After this, I started my postgraduate in 2018 at Donghua University major in textile chemistry and dyeing and finishing engineering. Now, I am in the fifth year (2023) of the successive postgraduate and doctoral programs of study under the supervisor of Prof Hong Xu and Prof Yimeng Ma. My major field of study is the device design and reaction kinetics of water splitting on metallic nickel. A large-size and low-cost metallic nickel electrode was applied in photovoltaic-driven electrocatalytic water splitting device for hydrogen production, and the kinetic of water oxidation on metallic nickel was further explored by spectroelectrochemical method.
