Dr. Xinghua Yu is a distinguished researcher at Run Run Shaw Hospital affiliated with Zhejiang University School of Medicine. He obtained a bachelor's degree from Jilin University in 2015 and was a visiting scholar at the University of California, Berkeley from June 2017 to January 2018. In December 2020, he obtained a doctor's degree in biomedical engineering from Tsinghua University. The doctoral thesis supervisors are Seung Wuk Lee, a tenured professor at the University of California, Berkeley, and Liu Biliu, a professor at Tsinghua University. After graduation, he engaged in postdoctoral research at Shenzhen Advanced Technology Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, with academician Tang Benzhong and associate researcher Zhang Pengfei as his co-supervisors. At present, he is mainly engaged in related work in nanobiology and nano reproductive medicine. His research results have been published in well-known journals such as Advanced Materials, Nano Today, Advanced Healthcare Materials, Nanoscale, Theranostics, and the International Journal of Nanomedicine, and these papers have been cited more than 1200 times. He once presided over the scientific research startup project of the Medical College of Zhejiang University, the special research assistant project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the special support project of the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, the youth project of the Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province, the youth fund of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology and other projects.
