Tesfay Gidey Hailu earned a BSc. degree from Addis Ababa University in 2006, an MSc. degree from Mekelle University in Tigray in 2013, and an MSc. degree from the HILCOE School of Computer Science and Technology in 2018 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. I'm currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Information and Communication Engineering department, at UESTC, China. His research interests include indoor localization, signal processing, the Internet of Things, information fusion, machine learning, deep learning, transfer learning, data mining, public health, epidemiology, health informatics, and statistical modeling.
