2020年12月，熊克才盖艳丽课题组在Inorganic Chemistry Communications上发表题为“Syntheses, Crystal Structures and Photocatalytic Properties of Homometallic and Heterometallic Titanium-Oxo Clusters”的研究论文，该工作为开发新型同/异高核钛氧簇合物用于有机染料分子罗丹明B的光催化降解提供了有益的借鉴。2019级研究生李鑫、2017级本科生朱怡为论文共同第一作者。

Two titanium-oxo clusters have been synthesized and characterized. 1 features a Ti₆ core, while 2 possesses a heterometallic Ti₄Zn₈ core. Notably, compounds 1 and 2 exhibit much higher and more efficient photocatalytic degradation abilities for rhodamine B than TiO₂ under visible light irradiation.
