1、 Application conditions:

Scientific research assistant:

① Major in machinery, computer, electronics, bioengineering, medicine and other related majors, graduate education, master's degree, doctor's degree is preferred.

② Have a strong sense of service and responsibility, healthy, proactive, down-to-earth, good at communication and cooperation;

③ Strong writing ability, English ability is preferred

Engineer:

Full time bachelor degree or above in machinery, electronics, computer, automation and other engineering related majors, with experience in mechanical structure design, embedded system development, software development and other related fields, with independent thinking spirit of innovation, team spirit and communication and coordination ability, and complete tasks according to schedule and plan

2、 Job responsibilities:

Engineer:

Assist in the design and development of experimental systems in scientific research projects, and undertake other scientific research related tasks as required

Scientific Research Assistant:

① Scientific research project management: participate in project declaration, be responsible for budget preparation, fund account management, and participate in project conclusion; Responsible for daily secretarial work, such as report writing, reception, publicity, etc;

② Laboratory management: participate in personnel management, purchase and maintain experimental equipment and reagents, and ensure the normal operation of the laboratory;

③ Participate in scientific research: carry out routine experiments in the laboratory, be responsible for the cultivation, collection and management of experimental materials, and collect and analyze literature and data.

3、 Remuneration
The salary of scientific research assistant and engineer is directly related to the individual scientific research ability and workload, and the specific salary is negotiable. The team will give extra allowance for outstanding performance.
