主要研究方向:
1.新型光伏薄膜材料:利用电化学沉积法制备可应用于光伏领域的化合物半导体薄膜及器件。
2. 稀土发光材料:稀土掺杂发光材料的制备及性能研究。通过不同金属离子的掺杂及不同的后处理方法提高稀土掺杂发光材料的发光强度、量子效率等重要参数。
