n  招聘专业

结构生物学、单细胞/空间组学生物信息学、基础医学、免疫学、药学、化学生物学、生物无机化学、细胞/分子生物学、人工智能等背景的博士。

 

n  岗位职责

1. 参与课题组研发,在PI指导下独立承担和开展课题研究;

2. 指导实验室其他成员开展科研工作;

3. 协助统筹实验室管理。

 

n  招聘要求

1. 应届博士毕业生或获博士学位不超过3年,年龄一般不超过35岁。

2. 获得化学、基础医学、药学、生物学、医学、制药工程或相关专业的博士学位,具有扎实的理论基础和良好的实验能力。

3. 近三年以第一作者或通讯作者在相关领域高水平的学术杂志上发表过研究论文,具有良好的英语读写能力,可独立撰写论文。

4. 遵纪守法,品学兼优,身心健康,具有责任心及严谨踏实的科研态度及团队合作精神。

5. 具有较强的独立工作能力,能够独立领导及承担科研课题的研究工作,指导研究生及管理实验室日常科研工作。

6. 专业需符合课题组要求,且能全职从事博士后研究。

 

n  岗位待遇

1. 年薪30-40万+科研绩效奖励+五险一金单位缴纳部分。

2. 按政策享受杭州市相关人才待遇。享受地方政府提供的应届生来杭生活补贴10-15万;出站后留杭市属单位工作者,可获出站留杭补贴60万;获相应成果可申请杭州市D类人才待遇。

3. 入选博士后创新人才支持计划、博士后国际交流计划(引进项目)者,在站期间可进入正式科研人员序列,出站留所申请副研究员不受指标限制;

4. 博士后出站留杭市属单位工作者,依杭州市政策可享受40-60万元补助(具体标准根据人才认定层次);

5. 医学所构建博士后项目申报管家式服务体系,帮助博士后争取国家及浙江省各项支持,充分尊重个人研究兴趣,为科研开展、项目申报等提供经费支持和优质指导资源;

Research Directions

Main Duties and Responsibilities

(1) Participate in the research and development of the research group, independently undertake and conduct research projects under the guidance of the PI;

(2) Supervise other members of the laboratory in their research work;

(3) Assist in coordinating laboratory management.

 

Qualifications:

PhD with backgrounds in Structural Biology, Single Cell/Spatial Omics, Bioinformatics, Basic Medicine, Immunology, Pharmacy, Chemical Biology, Biological Inorganic Chemistry, Cell/Molecular Biology, Artificial Intelligence, etc.

(1) Fresh PhD graduates or those with a doctoral degree obtained within the past 3 years, typically under 35 years old.

(2) Hold a PhD degree in Chemistry, Basic Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Medicine, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or related fields, with a strong theoretical foundation and excellent experimental skills.

(3) Have published high-quality research papers in reputable academic journals as the first or corresponding author in the past three years, proficient in English writing, and capable of independent paper writing.

(4) Comply with laws, demonstrate integrity, maintain good physical and mental health, exhibit responsibility, a rigorous scientific attitude, and a collaborative spirit.

(5) Possess strong independent work abilities, capable of leading and conducting research projects independently, guiding graduate students, and managing daily research activities in the lab.

(6) Meet the research group's professional requirements and be able to commit full-time to postdoctoral research.

 

Position Benefits:

(1) Annual salary of 300,000-400,000 RMB + research performance incentives + employer contributions to social insurance and housing fund.

(2) Eligible for talent benefits provided by the government of Hangzhou, including subsidy for recent graduates coming to Hangzhou (100,000-150,000 RMB); workers employed by municipal units in Hangzhou after leaving the station are eligible for a 600,000 RMB retention subsidy; eligible for Class D talent benefits in Hangzhou with corresponding achievements.

(3) Free meals in the cafeteria (based on a 6,600 RMB/year standard), union material benefits, VIP health check-up packages at top-tier hospitals, assistance with household registration, and enrollment of children in schools and kindergartens.

 

Career Development

(1) During the postdoctoral period, postdoctoral researchers can be appointed as Assistant Researchers, and exceptionally outstanding individuals may be directly appointed as Associate Researchers.

(2) The research institute reserves 1/3 of its annual official research positions to select outstanding postdoctoral researchers to stay on after completing their postdoctoral training. In addition, the Institute of Medicine has established talent strategic cooperation relationships with Hangzhou Medical College and Hangzhou Medicine Port, enjoying priority policies for postdoctoral researchers to be recruited after completion of their postdoctoral training.

(3) Those selected for the Postdoctoral Innovation Talent Support Program or the Postdoctoral International Exchange Program (imported projects) can enter the formal research personnel sequence during their postdoctoral period. There are no restrictions on applying for the position of Associate Researcher when staying on after completing the postdoctoral training.

(4) Postdoctoral researchers who stay on and work in Hangzhou city-owned units are eligible for subsidies of 400,000-600,000 RMB according to Hangzhou city policies (specific standards based on talent recognition levels).

(5) The Institute of Medicine has established a comprehensive service system for postdoctoral project application management, assisting postdoctoral researchers in obtaining national and Zhejiang provincial support, fully respecting individual research interests, providing funding support, and high-quality guidance resources for research activities and project applications.

Further Education and Joint Training
For projects that require it or for outstanding individuals, candidates can be recommended by the research group for joint training and further education with world-renowned universities such as the University of Hong Kong and the University of Zurich.
