n 岗位职责
1. 课题组科研合伙人，可独立承担和开展课题研究；
2. 指导实验室其他成员开展科研工作；
3. 协助PI统筹实验室管理。
n 岗位需求
1. 获得化学、基础医学、药学、生物学、医学、制药工程或相关专业的博士学位，正在从事博士后研究工作或者已经完成博士后训练，具有扎实的理论基础和良好的实验能力，年龄在40岁以下。
2. 近三年以第一作者或通讯作者在相关领域高水平的学术杂志上发表过研究论文，具有良好的英语读写能力，可独立撰写论文。
3. 遵纪守法，品学兼优，身心健康，具有责任心及严谨踏实的科研态度及团队合作精神。
4. 具有较强的独立工作能力，能够独立领导及承担科研课题的研究工作，指导研究生及管理实验室日常科研工作。
5. 专业需符合课题组要求，且能全职从事科研工作。
n 岗位待遇

Main Duties and Responsibilities
(1) The research partner of the research group can independently undertake and carry out research projects.
(2) Guide other members of the laboratory in conducting research work.
(3) Assist the PI in overall laboratory management.
Qualifications:
PhD with backgrounds in Structural Biology, Single Cell/Spatial Omics, Bioinformatics, Basic Medicine, Immunology, Pharmacy, Chemical Biology, Biological Inorganic Chemistry, Cell/Molecular Biology, Artificial Intelligence, etc.
(1) Currently engaged in postdoctoral research or have completed postdoctoral training, with a solid theoretical foundation and good experimental skills, aged under 40.
(2) Have published research papers as the first author or corresponding author in high-level academic journals in related fields in the past three years, possess good English reading and writing abilities, and can independently write papers.
(3) Abide by laws and regulations, have good moral character, physical and mental health, a sense of responsibility, rigorous and practical scientific research attitude, and a spirit of teamwork.
(4) Have strong independent work ability, able to independently lead and undertake research projects, guide graduate students, and manage daily research work in the laboratory.
(5) Professional expertise should meet the requirements of the research group and be able to engage in full-time research work.
Position Benefits:
(1) Outstanding performance within two years may be recommended by the PI as a Class C talent in Hangzhou.
(2) Annual salary of 300,000-400,000 RMB + research performance incentives + employer contributions to social insurance and housing fund.
