高效率全无机钙钛矿太阳能电池
光伏器件物理及器件制备工艺
致力于围绕国家“双碳”战略目标开发高效率低成本的新型钙钛矿光伏器件,发展了高质量钙钛矿薄膜的制备工艺,探究了空穴传输材料空间取向与电学损失间的构效关系,揭示了钙钛矿薄膜界面缺陷、能级失配、载流子传输特性对光伏器件转换效率和服役稳定性的作用机制,获得了高效率高稳定性的钙钛矿光伏器件。目前以第一作者在 Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Adv. Energy Mater.、Mater. Today、Nano Energy等国际重要期刊发表论文9篇,主持国家自然科学基金青年项目及中央高校科研项目。
