RESEARCH EXPERIENCE ◆ State Key Laboratory of Advanced Technologies for Comprehensive  Utilization of Platinum Metals, Kunming Institute of Precious Metals Synthesis the Organo-phosphine Palladium Bromide Compounds, such as A new series of Palladium(II) complexes with Br- as the dissociation ligand were  synthesized and employed to catalyze the typical Suzuki coupling reaction  models. they exhibited good catalytic activity ◆ Xiamen University & Grubbs Institute, SUSTech My research interest is focused on Main group chemistry, Synthetic some Carbene such as NHC and CAAC, Synthesis of the Donor-stabilized Phosphanetriylphosphonium Cation: [Ar*PP(PPh3)]+ (Ar* : 2,4,6-tBu3C6H2 2,6-Mes2C6H3), Use these precursors to build interesting structures.
