李跃龙老师参与撰写的英文专著《Perovskite Materials and Devices》近日在线发表

       自2020年初,居家隔离期间动工,课题组耗时两年参与撰写的《Perovskite Materials and Devices》近日在Wiley出版社官网在线发表。该书分为上下两部,共计19章,672页,全面涵盖钙钛矿材料和器件领域最基础的物理或化学知识,以及最前沿的科学和工业进展,其中包括有机无机杂化钙钛矿材料,全无机钙钛矿材料,非铅钙钛矿材料,及其在太阳能电池,单晶太阳电池,叠层太阳电池,集成器件,半透明器件,柔性器件方面的应用,同时涵盖大面积器件制备及其稳定性探索等内容。

       本课题组共参与编写了3章,包括《基于杂化钙钛矿材料的柔性光电子器件》《基于钙钛矿材料的叠层电池》《钙钛矿单晶光电子器件》等章节,这些内容也基本涵盖本课题的主要研究方向,以及我们对钙钛矿材料与器件领域未来发展的观点。其中柔性钙钛矿器件是最有可能高通量工业化生产的器件,将极大降低生产成本,同时拓展钙钛矿材料或器件的应用领域,也是该类器件较于刚性硅基光电器件最显著的区别和优势;单晶形式是最完美的材料构成,少了晶界处存在的各类缺陷,钙钛矿材料或器件的性能有望获得更高的突破;鉴于硅基光伏的市场占有率将近95%,其在光伏市场的霸主地位一时难以撼动,及其中国相关厂家巨额前期投资等因素的影响,如何在原来硅基光伏器件和产线基础上提质增效,钙钛矿/晶硅两端叠层是可选方案之一。
