Muhammad Irfan Ullah has completed his bachelor’s degree in Physics as a Gold Medalist in 2017. Continuing for higher education, he joined Wuhan National Laboratory for Optoelectronics WNLO as a Master’s degree researcher in 2018 and currently, he is a PhD researcher in FUNSOM. Working on the synthesis and fabrication of efficient PbS quantum dots solar cells under the supervision of Prof. Ma Wanli, his main work focus is to improve and optimize the interface properties of PbS active layer with ZnO window layer in a solar cell device using different synthesis and coating techniques and analyzing the device performance using various characterizations such as PL, SEM, XRD and SCLC.
