个人简介:
2011年在苏州大学-材化部获学士学位,2016年在苏州大学-功能纳米与软物质研究院(FUNSOM)获博士学位,2014-2015年美国加州大学圣塔芭芭拉分校(公派联合培养博士)。2016年博士毕业后留任FUNSOM工作,2018年美国可再生能源国家实验室(NREL)访问教授,2021晋升教授, 2021年“第七届中国科协青年人才托举工程”,2022年度教育部“国家级重点青年人才计划”。累计发表SCI论文170余篇,第一/通讯作者论文120余篇,包括影响因子 10.0 以上 80篇:Nature Commun. 1篇,Joule 2篇,Adv. Mater. 10篇,J. Am. Chem. Soc. 1篇, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 4篇,Energy Environ. Sci. 1篇, Adv. Funct. Mater. 12篇, Nano Lett. 1篇,Adv. Energy Mater. 5篇等,引用 8000余次,H因子51,授权中国发明专利12项。入选全球前2%顶尖科学家,2022年获第21届“全国青年岗位能手”称号,入选Chem. Commun.,Mater. Chem. Front., J. Chem. Phys.等 期刊Emerging Investigator,苏州市“优秀教育工作者”(2022),江苏省优秀博士论文(2017),中国青少年科技创新奖(2013)。
研究方向:
以共轭高分子和半导体量子点为研究核心,揭示材料结构、表面化学环境、聚集态结构对材料光电性质的影响以及相关的基本规律,目标开发高性能光伏材料与技术。
1.有机高分子半导体材料:新型导电高分子材料设计、共轭高分子形貌研究、高分子太阳能电池效率和稳定性提升机制研究
2.无机量子点半导体材料:铅卤量子点材料的组分调控、表面配体工程、表面钝化、宏观薄膜的纳米材料组装调控及光电性能的研究
3.有机-无机杂化光电器件:杂化半导体薄膜(钙钛矿、有机/量子点杂化)的制备、界面调控、高效稳定太阳能电池以及新兴光电应用的研究。
