研究经历和成果:

主要从事半导体量子点/纳米晶的设计合成及其在光电器件中的应用研究,包括新型量子点/纳米晶材料的合成、掺杂修饰、表面调控和器件设计制备。截止到目前已在Nat. Commun., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Adv. Mater., Nano Letter等材料、化学领域高水平期刊上发表学术论文50余篇,授权发明专利8项。
