详细介绍:


        2005年在Heeger组采用后期热处理技术,独立研发了具有5%效率的有机太阳能电池。突破了自1995年以来有机太阳能电池一直处于23%的效率瓶颈,成为有机光伏发展的一个里程碑。该文章被引用次数迄今超过5000次,成为近年来光伏领域引用次数最多的论文之一( Adv. Funct. Mater. 2005, 15, 1617)。在2007年使用溶剂添加剂成功地改善了有机光伏电池薄膜的形貌并从而大幅度地提高了其光电转换效率;Nature Mater. 2007, 6, 497被引用3000余次;J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2007, 19, 3656.被引用接近2000次)。 2008年在Alivisatos组开始研发新型量子点太阳能电池,首次认识到合金纳米材料具有增强的光电转换性能,并大幅度的提高量子点太阳能电池的效率到3.3%,创造了当时的记录,该工作被美国材料学会著名的MRS Bulletin重点报道(MRS Bulletin, 2009, 34, 398)。

        近年来在新型太阳能电池领域做出一系列开创性工作,在Nat. Mater. (1)Nat. Commun. (3)Joule (2)Adv. Mater. (21)JACS (2)Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. (5)Nano Lett.(4)Adv. Energy Mater (8)Adv. Funct. Energy, Nat. Commun., Joule, JACS, Adv. Mater., Nano Lett.,等著名国际期刊的审稿人和仲裁。
