3'-untranslated region (3'-UTRs) is one of the major components of eukaryotic mRNA, which can regulate the stability of mRNA and the process of translation. High salt stress is one of the main environmental stresses limiting plant growth, but little is known about how 3′ UTRs regulate plant responses to environmental stresses.
Recently, Our group published a research paper titled“Alternative 3′-untranslated regions regulate high salt tolerance of Spartina alterniflora” in Plant Physiology. This study provides a reference for 3′ UTRs to regulate plant responses to environmental stresses.
