    片角叶蝉为危害柳树的重要害虫之一,在陕西省汉中市采集到的柳树片角叶蝉,经鉴定为片角叶蝉亚科柳宽突叶蝉和黑纹片角叶蝉。利用扫描电子显微镜对两种叶蝉触角、喙端、前足末端的感器进行扫描观察,发现共有5种感器(毛型感器、刺型感器、锥型感器、腔型感器和微毛)、9种亚型。柳宽突叶蝉触角分布有毛型感器StⅠ、锥型感器SbⅠ、腔型感器Sca和微毛,喙端有毛型感器(StⅠ、StⅡ和StⅢ)和微毛,前足末端分布种类最多,有毛型感器StⅠ、刺型感器(SchⅠ和SchⅡ)、锥形感器(SbⅠ和SbⅡ)和微毛;黑纹片角叶蝉触角分布有毛型感器StⅠ、锥形感器SbⅠ和微毛,喙端分布毛型感器(StⅠ、StⅡ和StⅢ)和微毛,前足末端分布有毛型感器StⅠ、刺型感器(SchⅠ和SchⅡ)、锥形感器SbⅠ和微毛。经比较,两种片角叶蝉感器的分布类型和数量均有差异,而同种雌雄虫之间几乎无差异。腔型感器Sca为叶蝉科昆虫中首次发现。 


英文摘要:

    Idiocerinae is one of the important groups feeding on willow. The specimens collected from Hanzhong City of Shaanxi Province were designated to Idiocerus salicis Li, Cao et Li and Koreocerus koreanus (Mastsumura) after examination. The sensillum of antenna, proboscis, and extremital front leg from both adult male and female of these two species were scanned using Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). There are 5 types and 9 hypotype of sensillum observed, the 5 types are: Sensilla trichodea (St), Sensilla chaetica (Sch), Sensilla basiconica (Sb), Sensilla cavity (Sca) and microtriche. In Idiocerus salicis, there are StI, SbI, Sca and microtriche on tentacle, StI, StII, StIII and microtriche on proboscis, StI, SchI, SchII, SbI, SbII and microtriche at extremital front leg with the most types. In Koreocerus koreanus, there are StⅠ, SbⅠ and microtriche on tentacle, StⅠ, StⅡ, StⅢ and microtriche on proboscis, StⅠ, SchI, SchII, SbI and microtriche at extremital front leg. The distribution type and number of sensilla of the two species were different, but there was almost no difference between male and female of the same species. The Sca was reforted for the first time in the family Cicadellidae.
