   张开典,男,山东枣庄人,厦门大学博士,美国康涅狄格大学联合培养博士,202108月加盟海南大学海洋学院。长期进行海洋浮游藻类的生理生化及分子机制研究,利用CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑技术,同时结合藻类生理及转录组学分析,揭示了浮游植物磷营养盐吸收的调控策略。当前工作聚焦于造礁石珊瑚中虫黄藻面对海水升温、酸化和污染等环境下的共生-逃逸机制研究。目前承担国家重点研发计划子课题1项、海南省自然基金1,相关成果发表于Molecular Ecology、Communications Biology、Algal Research、Journal of Phycology、Marine Pollution Bulletin、Applied and Environmental Microbiology、Molecular Biology Reports、Frontiers in Microbiology等期刊。担任教育部盲审平台硕士学位论文评审专家。主讲《浮游生物学》、《生物化学》等本科生课程。
