李娟 PI 中科院杭州医学研究所研究员 博士生导师 国家优秀青年科学基金获得者    

        李娟,PI,中国科学院杭州医学研究所研究员,博士生导师。国家优秀青年科学基金获得者,省青年拔尖人才,省卫生高层次人才创新人才,现任浙江省功能核酸基础与临床应用重点实验室副主任、浙江省核酸适体工程研究中心副主任。主要从事肿瘤分子诊断与靶向治疗领域的基础应用研究,取得了三方面的研究成果:(1)发展了系列新型变构核酸适体分子探针,实现蛋白及其翻译后修饰的高灵敏分析,为疾病精准诊断提供新工具,部分成果进入临床转化研究。(2)发展了基于硫醇交换作用的核酸跨膜新途径,揭示其直接胞质递送新机制,为发展核酸药物和疫苗提供新方法,其中获得的2项中国发明专利和1PCT专利成功实现转让,金额达200万元;(3)提出了人工蛋白配对新概念,开发新型二价核酸适体药物,实现靶蛋白功能的有效抑制,为核酸药物设计提供新策略。

近年来,以通讯作者在国际高水平刊物上发表SCI论文60余篇,包括ScienceJ. Am. Chem. Soc. Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.CCS ChemistryChem.Soc. Rev. 等。先后主持国家重点研发计划合成生物学专项课题、国家自然科学基金重大研究计划培养项目、优秀青年科学基金、国家自然科学基金面上等项目。获得中国发明专利9项,PCT专利2项。多次在国际学术会议邀请做报告。担任BME Frontiers杂志副主编,美国化学会《Analytical Chemistry》杂志编辑顾问委员会委员、《肿瘤学杂志》中青年编委、《高等学校化学学报》《Chemical Research in Chinese Universities》青年执行编委。作为专刊特邀主编在BME Frontiers组织了“DNA Nanotechnology for Advanced Biomedical Applications”专刊。获中国化学会青年化学奖,省部级自然科学奖一等奖1项(第二完成人)。
