邓佳 教授    

   邓佳,教授,博士,博士生导师,云南省高层次人才培养支持计划 “青年拔尖人才 云南省中青年学术和技术带头人后备人才。毕业于北京林业大学,主要从事经济林(果树)栽培利用的科研与教学工作, 研究方向为经济林果品采后贮藏保鲜、病害防控技术。主持国家级、省级科研项目5项,其中国家自然科学基金项目3项。累计以第一作者或通讯作者在国内外知名刊物上发表学术论文30余篇,部分研究成果已先后发表在果品贮藏及食品化学领域TOP刊物《Green Chemistry》、《Food Chemistry》、《Postharvest Biology and Technology》、《International Journal of Biological MacromoleculesAdvanced Composites and Hybrid Materials、《Industrial Crops and Products、《Biological Control》、《Scientia Horticulturae》、《Physiological and Molecular Plant Pathology》、《Food Science and Technology International》、《BioResources》和《食品科学》、《植物营养与肥料学报》、《食品与发酵工业》等国内权威刊物上。申请发明专利4项、实用新型专利6项,主编出版学术专著2部。所开发的生物基环保果品保鲜技术在高原特色果品采后保鲜、病害防控领域具有良好的推广应用前景。

          研究方向:经济林果品采后贮藏保鲜、病害防控技术。主要围绕果实采后生物学特性、果实品质调控和采后诱导抗病生理生化和分子生物技术方面开展相关研究工作。

   招收专业:森林培育专业(经济林方向)、林业专硕(经济林栽培与利用方向)研究生。
