Recently, Professor Xiaosong Hu, the head of the Vehicle Power System Lab (VPSL) of Chongqing University, was selected as the top 1% of scientists in the world and was invited to become the member of the Advisory Board of the Universal Scientific Education and Research Network (USERN). The Universal Scientific Education and Research Network (USERN) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization established in 2016. It is organized and guided by a committee composed of nearly 400 world’s top scientists. Its vision is to realize “science without borders”. USERN has 15,000 members from more than 70 countries worldwide.
