我们将离子液体乙酸甲铵（MAAc）引入到PbI2层，通过两步法生产过氧化物薄膜。对MAAc对过氧化物薄膜形成机制的影响进行了系统的研究。DFT计算证实，Ac-可以有效地占据过氧化物材料在体部和表面的碘空位。最终器件的光电子性能提高了23%以上。
