谭付瑞,工学博士,教授,河南省高校青年骨干教师,河南省优青。2011年毕业于中国科学院半导体研究所材料物理与化学专业,获博士学位。2017至2018年在多伦多大学Sargent课题组交流访问。以第一或通讯作者在Adv. Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater., Small, Adv. Energy Mater., Chem. Mater., Mater. Today, Nano Energy等期刊发表SCI论文43篇,合作发表Nat. Energy, Nat. Commun., ACS Energy Lett.等论文28篇。先后主持河南省优秀青年基金、国家自然科学基金青年基金、河南省科技厅基础与前沿项目、河南省自然科学基金、河南大学-加拿大公司横向研究课题等项目8项,作为骨干成员参与国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)、国家自然科学基金重大项目、重点项目等多项。获河南省教育厅科技成果二等奖1项,优秀科技论文一等奖5项。授权发明专利12件。《Journal of Semiconductors》青年编委。

(1)半导体有机分子、量子点、多维纳米结构的设计合成与光伏器件;
(2)金属卤化物钙钛矿材料晶体生长、大面积薄膜制备、光伏器件应用;
(3)基于纳米材料与异质结构的红外光电探测器研究;
(4)纳米结构超级电容器的研制与性能优化。
