张文成 副研究员    

张文成,男,19866月生,再生医学博士,上海市卫生系统副研究员,上海市东方医院(同济大学附属东方医院)再生医学研究所副研究员,同济大学生科院硕士生导师,上海市浦江人才。国际学术期刊Life Research编委、Frontiers in Cell and Developmental Biology杂志客座副主编;HepatologyTissue EngineeringInternational Journal of Molecular SciencesInternational Immunopharmacology特邀审稿人,上海干细胞转化医学工程技术研究中心科研秘书,中国整形美容协会干细胞研究与应用分会青年工作委员会委员,同济大学东方临床医学院生物技术教研室教学团队成员。

 

2007年毕业于西北农林科技大学生物科学专业,同年考入军事医学科学院,从事体细胞重编程和组织再生研究。2012年获得再生医学博士学位,以助理研究员继续从事基于干细胞的肝再生的研究。201411月赴美国北卡罗来纳大学教堂山分校(UNC-Chapel Hill)医学院Lola M. Reid教授实验室开展博士后训练,主要从事胆管树干细胞体外扩增、干细胞向实体脏器高效移植、纤维板层型肝癌研究。20192月以研究助理在UNC-Chapel Hill医学院Lola M. Reid教授实验室和药学院Jian Liu教授的实验室,开展合成硫酸乙酰肝素在胆管树干细胞和纤维板层型肝癌中应用的研究。回国后主持国家级和省部级项目4项,近年来在Cell Stem CellJournal of HepatologyHepatologyBiomaterials等本领域国际核心期刊SCI收录论文18篇,发表文章总影响因子178.838,其中第一、通讯(含共同)文章总影响因子122.61,发表文章被引次数:300次。参编(译)书籍中文、英文4部;获批中国和美国国家发明专利8项,其中PCT专利3项。多次参加国际会议次,受邀在2018年的Proteoglycan GRC会议、2021年的第四界世界细胞治疗大会(WRC-CHINA )中进行大会报告。
