A new 3D photoactive CuW-TPT with high accessible empty space was assembled, which displays high efficient hole-electron separation and ordered electron transfer under irradiation due to the continuous coordination bonds and the π−π stacking interactions. It exhibits an excellent yield and selectivity for oxidation of ethylbenzene with O2/H2O as green oxidants under mild conditions by finely control of generation of ROS.
