He graduated from Shaanxi Normal University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry in June 1990 and later taught at the Department of Chemistry of Yili Normal University in Xinjiang. In June 1997, he received his master's degree in Inorganic Chemistry from Sichuan University. In June 2006, he received his Doctor of Engineering degree in Materials Science from Sichuan University. Since 1997, he has been engaged in teaching and management at the School of Materials, Southwest University of Science and Technology. He has been engaged in the development and application research of new inorganic functional materials for a long time, mainly involving the research and development of battery materials in the field of materials electrochemistry. Research on electroplating and electroforming processes of precious metals and alloys; Electrochemical organic synthesis, etc. He has presided over 2 National High technology Research and development programs (863 Programs), 1 National Research Support Program (subproject), and participated in more than 10 national defense basic scientific research projects, National Natural Science Foundation and various provincial and ministerial level projects. The achievement of "High Efficiency and Energy Saving Control Technology and Popularization and Application of aluminum electrolytic cell" won the first prize of Science and Technology Progress of Ministry of Education and the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress. At present, 6 national invention patents have been authorized. He has published more than 80 research papers in academic journals at home and abroad, including Small, Chemical Engineering Journal, Journal of Colloid and Interface Science, Electrochimica Acta and other academic journals. He has been a guest reviewer for academic journals such as Small、Nano Energy、Journal of Energy Storage、Journal of Colloid and Interface Science、Journal of Alloys and Compounds.
