My research interest focus on Physical properties of materials under extreme condition for different application including optoelectronics, understanding the physics and chemistry of light elements at extreme conditions. In addition, our focus is on chemical and electronics structures under these conditions which provide a foundational understanding of chemical bonds and electrons behavior in extreme environments. Using the diamond anvil cell, we are capable of exceeding pressures at the centre of the earth (>300 GPa), whilst using auxiliary heating/cooling techniques, capable of exhibiting samples to a broad temperature regime (5 K – 3000 K). Our research experience is in the following fields

·         Spinel, 2D material, oxides, Earth& Energy material, Quantum dots, Semiconductors and Alloy, (fabrications and High pressure, high/low-temperature techniques)

·         Ultra-high pressure structural measurements and data analysis

·         Ultra-high pressure and low Temp. Electrical transport measurements

·         Ultra-high pressure optical measurements and data analysis

·         Laser-heating & synthesis in the diamond anvil cell

·         Photoconductivity at High Pressure and High temperature
