Microenvironment Tailoring Mediated Highly Dispersed Mn-O-Ce Interface for Low-Temperature NH3-SCR Of NOx
In creating Ce-Mn oxide catalysts for low-temperature NH3-SCR reactions, conventional pyrolysis usually leads to agglomeration on the catalyst surface, making it difficult to expose its active components. The realization of microenvironmental modulation to expose more Mn-O-Ce active interfaces remains a formidable task. In this work, we successfully synthesized Ce-Mn oxides with abundant and highly dispersed Mn-O-Ce interfaces via microwave radiation. This microwave-mediated microenvironmental modulation promotes high surface area, surface oxygen adsorption and acidic sites, which exhibit outstanding low-temperature NH3-SCR reaction performance. Meanwhile, this work also provides new ideas for microenvironmental modulation to synthesize high-performance catalysts.
