Key points: pH sensitive/transdermal membrane/thermosensitive/dual pH- thermosensitive hydrogels, hydrogels beads, microgels, nanogels and nanoparticles.

1. Preparation of pH-sensitive hydrogels for controlled delivery of various therapeutic agents;

2. Development and synthesis of Polymeric system for solubility enhancement of low aqueous soluble drugs;

3. Design, Fabrication, Formulation and Evaluation of Controlled-Release & Targeted Drug Delivery Systems;

4. Development and evaluation of hydrogels based drug delivery devices for both transdermal and oral drug delivery;

5. Fabrication and design of novel long-acting pH sensitive/thermosensitive/ and membrane based hydrogels drug delivery systems;

6. Nanoparticulate drug delivery system for targeted therapy.
