研究方向集中在生物纳米功能材料(纳米酶)的理性设计及其在生物医学领域的应用。已在Nature Communications、Chemical Society Reviews、Analytical Chemistry、Theranostics等杂志发表SCI论文20余篇(10篇一作/共同一作),以第一作者出版英文专著一本,申请专利1项,并受邀担任ACS Symposium Series eBook编辑。所发表论文累计被引2000余次,其中两篇第一作者论文被选为ESI高被引论文。参加多次国内外学术会议,并作英文口头报告或墙报展示。
科研经历
2014.09——至今 纳米酶的理性设计及其在生物医学领域的应用
Ø 以生物分析领域广泛应用的过氧化物酶为目标,选用结构和性能易于调节的钙钛矿氧化物作为研究对象,将实验与理论计算相结合,系统研究了金属氧化物纳米材料的电子结构对其过氧化物酶活性的影响,阐明了金属氧化物纳米酶的催化机理,首次获得了指导纳米酶设计的描述符;并将优化的镍基钙钛矿纳米酶成功地应用到生物分析领域,实现了对葡萄糖和肌氨酸的灵敏检测。
Ø 成功建立了基于纳米酶的生物分析新方法。通过构建纳米酶传感器阵列,实现了对非特异性靶向物质如生物硫醇,蛋白质,肿瘤细胞的检测,并实现了对这些非特异性靶向物质的选择性区分;利用C3N4基纳米酶成功构建了比率型荧光检测平台,提高了纳米酶传感器输出信号的稳定性和可靠性。
Ø 利用纳米酶有效调控活性氧物种(ROS)水平,发展了抗炎症和抗肿瘤治疗新策略。
