Jinlong Zou, male, born in 1980, is a doctorate holder, professor, and doctoral supervisor. He serves as the director of the Key Laboratory of Environmental Nanotechnology in Heilongjiang Province. He is a recipient of the provincial “Outstanding Youth” fund, a young scholar of “Longjiang Scholar,” and a key member of the provincial “Leading Goose Plan” team. Additionally, he is the leader of the first-level discipline of environment and the person in charge of the professional degree program of resources and environment.
He has presided over four projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, two provincial fund projects, and over ten other various projects. As a key participant, he has been involved in one national major scientific instrument special project. As the first completer, he has been awarded one second prize and one third prize of the provincial Science and Technology Award. As the second completer, he has received one second prize of the provincial Science and Technology Award. He has obtained six Chinese authorized invention patents, and one of them has been transferred.
As the first author or corresponding author, he has published more than 100 SCI papers in journals such as Adv. Mater., Environ. Sci. & Technol., Adv. Funct. Mater., and Adv. Sci. Among these, there are 45 papers with an impact factor greater than 10, one cover paper, and five papers that have been selected as ESI highly cited papers. His papers have been cited more than 4100 times. He has edited one monograph and one textbook. He has participated in the compilation of two English books. He acts as a reviewer for more than 20 SCI journals such as Adv. Mater. and has been honored as an Outstanding Reviewer by four journals of Elsevier. He serves as a young editorial board member of the SCI journal CCL, a guest editor of “Nanomaterials,” and an editorial board member of “Journal of Heilongjiang Institute of Technology.” Currently, he is employed as the executive director of the Heilongjiang Chemical Industry Society, a director of the Heilongjiang Chemical Society, an environmental emergency expert of the province, an emergency management expert of the province, a member of the provincial senior professional qualification evaluation committee for environmental protection engineering, and a judicial appraiser.
He was interviewed and reported by the “News Network” of the provincial TV station in 2021. His research papers have been repeatedly highlighted and recommended by academic media such as “Research is Reasonable,” “Top Journal Dynamics,” and “Catalysis Opens up the World.”
