徐红旗教授的课题组不仅仅监控运动员的疲劳指数
并且更有效地为教练员提供更合理化的训练建议
从而在运动员不受伤的情况下
可以更有效地提高他们的运动成绩
延长他们的运动寿命，避免伤病出现
